The first part of my career was in the computer sector - builder, Ministry of Industry, SSII - where I held executive positions. I then set up an advisory firm for health and social-intervention systems, while exercising at the same time some responsibilities in several structures for the reintegration of people in socioprofessional difficulty. Finally, for 12 years, I was associate professor at Marc Bloch University in Strasbourg. The Management Tools Group of the CFDT Managers brought me into their work in 2000. Retired today, I am in charge for the CFDT Managers, which is one of the partners in the development of the international initiative for the social responsibility of managers (IRESCA).
